Moments Like This Cheer Me Up

Sometimes I give homework. I ask the students to make a sentence with the given words. Most students do the bare minimum - 'I want rice'- but one student always writes short conversations between people to illustrate the words.
Here's one that made me laugh. Laughing is good.

Child: Mom! I want a new comic, please.
Mom: What is it?
Child: It's a Doraemon comic.
Mom: How much is it?
Child: It's 450 yen. [$4.20]
Mom: Hmmm. That's more expensive than Miss Maria's clothes.
