Adventure In Japan

Half day at school today. I finished off all the tests but still have to make two recordings, which I will do this weekend.
So I came home and am currently cooking a recent fave: stuffed peppers. The recipe is slightly different from last time as yesterday I scored some dill and dill goes well with chicken, or at least I think it does. The sauce was made using soy, mirin, more dill, honey and half a squeezed satsuma.
Of course I shall enjoy lunch with a glass of wine. Cos I can. It's fun being a grown-up. I love it!
I'm teaching from 6pm so can't get too sozzled. I'll sober up after lunch by going for a quick bike ride.
